Over the years, Leila has successfully worked with over 500 independent photographers and illustrators. She also worked with corporate and scientific collections of photography and illustrations. She developed strategic alliances with over 33 foreign stock agencies. She reviewed/drafted/negotiated all forms of acquisition contracts for Phototake Inc. She secured over 30 international contracts between her stock agency and foreign representatives. Working with Intellectual Property rights, she kept abreast with copyright issues in the visual industry.
She secured contracts on an international scale, with clients from all segments of the market, including advertising agencies, book publishing companies, pharmaceutical labs, magazine publishers, corporations and digital media. On the creative side, she edited thousands of images and art directed Phototake’s studio for special photo-shoots.
